Berpengalaman di proyek High - risk, diutamakan Hotel
Pernah bekerja di Konsultan
Menguasai software project (autocad dan Microsoft Project)
Mampu berbahasa Inggris pasif

  • Male
  • 30 - 35 years old
  • Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering / Architect
  • Min.10 years experience in the similar field (Highrise Building Construction preferably in Hotel Project)
  • Capable in Ms. Project / Primavera program
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Bali

Key duties & Responsibilities
  • Control and Monitor in design & construction process
  • To monitor project schedule, cost, & quality
  • Responsible and coordinate with contractors (subcontractors) and suppliers in the process of design, installation and execution of work on the project
  • Responsible for the progress of work in the field carried out by the contractor or sub-contactors
  • Handling permit license with local government/authorities
Job Position : Site Manager   Requirements:
  • Male
  • 30 - 35 years old
  • Bachelor degree majoring in Civil
  • Min. 5 years experience in the similar field (Highrise Building Construction preferably in Hotel Project)
  • Capable in Autocad and Ms. Project
  • Based in Bali

Key duties & Responsibilities
  • Supervise and ensure drawings and specification given are implemented on schedule
  • Prepare schedule for all work activities
  • Control all material purchased based on Purchase Order given
  • Assisting Project Manager in dealing with local government/authorities and ensuring property's utilities are installed properly follow to design
